App Store: A judge has denied a request from Apple to Amazon

A judge has denied a request from Apple to Amazon to stop these continued use of the term for market AppStore applications , because the brand belongs to Apple, according to Apple's use of Amazon would be violating the terms Brand App Store of Apple.

Amazon on the other hand called the complaint baseless what the judge agreed, thus taking the side of Amazon indicating that this can be used by other companies to refer to market applications , while Apple's evidence showed that these spent, invested in advertising and publicity for the App Store and applications that can be achieved in this, but there is also evidence that the term is used by other companies to advertise the same.
As the representative noted that the term Amazon App Store by Apple was more descriptive than distinctive. And do not forget that Apple has something similar against Microsoft for the same period and brand AppStore.
