Macstories reported that Apple plans to update the IOS 4.3 on Monday, February 14 at 10:00 am pacific. The website claims that a "reliable source" had been heard. There emerged the last few days a number of indications that this date plausible. Wrote New York Times journalist David Pogue in his review of the Verizon iPhone 4.3 update the IOS on February 13 (later revised this to 'soon') would be available. This is a Sunday, a rather unusual day for a software update to launch.
Yesterday John Gruber found that he expects Apple update within two weeks. According to Gruber, there are few things that confirm this schedule. One is that the new tablet newspaper The Daily , which launched Wednesday, two weeks for free. And that is the blogger again the merit of Verizon, which sponsored newspaper during that time and thus can benefit from a (temporary) 'exclusive' feature on his new iPhone 3G personal hotspot.
The main new iOS 4.3 feature in the personal hotspot 3G , which connect an iPhone 3G over Wi-Fi with up to five devices. The update also includes support for the new App Store subscription service , Apple Wednesday as part of The Daily launched, but "soon" pass for other publishers of magazines and newspapers apps will be available.
