The Super-Amoled were invented by Samsung, which thus in 2009 a small revolution unleashed in phones. The AMOLED and Super Amoled be seen by many as synonymous with quality. Samsung is expected to open a new factory in June next year, and then there will be ten times more of these high quality screens are now produced as from three to 30 million per month.
