Why the iPhone has a 3.5-inch screen

One of the rumors leading up to the presentation of the iPhone 4S was that the new iPhone would get a larger screen, which runs right to the edge.Compared with many other manufacturers of smartphones, the iPhone in the year 2011 which is a fairly small screen. The iPhone screen has been around since the first version of the same size 3.5 inch, such as Samsung and HTC Galaxy S II Sensation have a screen of 4.3 inches. A major disadvantage of an iPhone with a bigger screen would be for developers to adapt their applications, but there seems to be another reason that Apple holds on to its 3.5 inches.
