One of the big gaps in the Mail application is unable to directly attach email attachments that you want to send. As usual the world of jailbreak is responsive to user needs and therefore proposes the Tweak AnyAttach .It allows you to insert any kind of attachment to emails sent from the native application Mail. Suffice it to press the paper clip and then navigate into the bowels of your iDevice to select the file to insert attached.
If you want to send a photo or video, simply switch to "photo / video picker" that allows you to access them more easily.
