BGR has just received information from its sources working at Apple about the upcoming mobile operating system of Apple. BBG announcement that Apple would have already finished refine iOS 4.3 , this version would be stamped 8F190. The IOS should be released to developers next week.
One imagines that the Gold Master will be available shortly after the announcement of the iPad 2G next Wednesday
