Mac App Store Coming January 6 in 90 Countries

Apple today announced that the Mac App Store is open from Thursday, January 6. Mac App Store is a variation on the App Store for the iPhone we already know, but filled with applications for the Mac. In 90 countries the shop open. It includes paid and free apps spread across various categories. With the Mac App Store Apple trying to revolutionize the same as before the IOS App Store.

“The Mac App Store will be available in 90 countries at launch and will feature paid and free apps in categories like Education, Games, Graphics & Design, Lifestyle, Productivity and Utilities.”
Yet there is one significant difference: the iPhone users are almost forced to their software via the App Store to sell, while for Mac software have long been an alternative circuit. Developers set the price they charge and maintain 70 percent of sales.
