Bypassing iTunes 1004, 1015 Error when Restore iPhone 4, 3GS on iOS 4.X

For all those who have problem with error 1004 when restoring to 4.1. To solve the problem requires:

1. Restart the Mac/Windows
2. Try to restore again if it does not work:
3. Close iTunes

For your Mac:

Finder (right click on the icon)

then "Go to Folder" ...
