Apple has just made available for download the second iOS 4.3 beta is for developers. The latter is still available for the iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, iPod 3G, iPod touch 4G, iPad and Apple TV.
This second beta is still not available for the iPod Touch 2G and 3G iPhone.
